About the Department :

The Department was first initiated in the year 2018 with the prime motive to bring out some academic excellence in science. Besides academic interest the department also aims at sensitizing the young minds with scientific attitude. It also encourages different collaborative works and exchange programme with nearby institutions including different academic/Research institutions such as IIT Guwahti, Tezpur University, Gauhati University and Assam Science Technology and Environment Council (ASTEC).
